     The Facilities Services department will be happy to add any handyman or maintenance services you request, along with re-lamping services, filter changing services, floor care, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning. 

     With one phone call, you now have access to insured and professional contractors who can help with all these service needs.  You won’t have to worry about searching through the yellow pages, sorting through fly-by-night service companies, being put on waiting lists, and being given the dreaded “between 8am  and noon or 1pm to 5pm” timeline.  Over the past 20+ years, we have been able to build an incredible contractor and experience base.  From our Customer Care Specialists to our Management Team and Support Staff, the MDX Group Family is trained and oriented to the specific needs of our industry.
