Scope of Work for MDX Group - Maids by Choice

1. Clean and disinfect kitchen sink
2. Wipe down countertops.
3. Damp wipe cabinet doors.  This is a general wet wipe removing drips, spills, and dust.  If you desire a deeper scrub there will be at an extra charge due to the additional time and care required.
4. Clean exterior of all appliances. Tops of refrigerators that are “cluttered” will be wiped as best can be done without removing items.
5. We clean the interior of refrigerators and ovens for an additional charge.
6. Sweep and mop tile flooring using a light mist of vinegar and water to prevent streaks and disinfect.
7. Clean and disinfect bathroom sinks and countertops.
8. Clean bathroom mirrors.
9. Clean and disinfect toilets, tubs, and showers.
10. Change towels (Customer is to leave new linens out).
11. Sweep and mop bathroom flooring using a light mist of vinegar and water. Or vacuuming bathroom floor is carpeted.
12. Clean entryway glass doors, including surrounding entryway glass.  This includes sliding doors.
13. Wet dust all furniture surfaces and all wall hangings.
14. Because some items have irreplaceable sentimental values, we do not dust the inside of curio or china cabinets.
15. Dust windowsills and ledges.
16. Pick-up and straighten general items such as newspapers, magazines, couch pillows, and throws.  Other items will be cleaned around or moved to the side.
17. Remove cobwebs.
18. Dust ceiling fans, return air vents and window blinds.
19. Make beds and change linens.  Customer is required to strip beds and leave fresh linens out.
20. Vacuum all hard surface floors with a vacuum designed for use on those surfaces.
21. Vacuum all carpeted areas.

Pricing
The first visit is $25 per maid, per hour with a $100 minimum. This $100 must be placed on a credit card and you will be invoiced for anything over that amount.
If you set up on continued service, the minimum drops to $75.
An additional charge may be applied for drive time and is based upon where your home is located.
