Kurt Maddox started cleaning vacated apartments while he was still in high school. He founded the commercial cleaning business in 1987 in order to make some extra money to work his way through college. He later added the custom building, property rentals, handyman service and maid service to the company. Kurt met his wife, Dawn, in 1989 and married her in July 1990. They have five children and have resided in NWA the entire time. Kurt has a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Bachelor of Christian Ministries with an emphasis in Business Management, and has his Master of Science in Leadership & Ethics (MSLE) from JBU. He loves to study and has completed such things as Life and Health Insurance license, Series 6 and Series 63 licenses, Managing & Financing Independent Business, along with other educational readings and periodic education. He is a member of Kiwanis International and is a city councilman for Gravette AR. Kurt loves to play music, golf, go to movies, and most of all spend time with his wife and children. |

Cathy started with MDX MAIDS by Choice July 2005 in the position of Maids Supervisor taking care of all training, helping to maintain the schedule, supply purchasing and customer service. Cathy attended school at Franklin Technical Center where she became a Certified Medical Records Technician. She is a native of NWA and mother of two grown children Matthew and Amanda. She also has one granddaughter Elissa. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading American History books, and watching movies. She also enjoys going to the casino with her sister Judy. |

Judi started with MDX Group Inc April 2007, in the position of Accountant, managing all financial areas for all our branches. She attended Hiram College and Kent State University. Her work history before joining the MDX Group was a Controller for a Home Improvement company in Ohio, and a Controller for a Laser marking company near St. Louis. Judi and husband Richard recently moved to the area from Ohio. They have five children between them and five grandchildren who reside all over the country. She and Richard enjoy riding and caring for their three Arabian horses on their new horse ranch in Pineville, MO. |

Ann started with MDX Group Inc October 2001. She has contributed to many areas within the company during her time here, and she is currently serving as the Property Manager of MDX Properties. Ann attended Texas State College graduating with a Registered Medical Assistant Certification, Southwest Missouri State majoring in nursing, and Ecclesscia Bible College for Biblical studies. Ann is currently taking classes at NWACC. She was born in Texas and moved to NWA in 1990. She is the proud mother of one son and two daughters who reside in Arkansas, a grandmother of six grandchildren, and great-grandma to her 1st great grandbaby boy. Ann enjoys scrap booking, sewing and spending time with her family. Ann spent seven years doing missionary work traveling to four of the seven continents providing medical & health care to indigenous peoples. |
